To help your users with Profyle registration, card activation, their digital Profyle and more, a support email address for your organisation can be displayed in a number of convenient locations.
If you have a department or person within your organisation that offers this support, please enter their email address in the “Support Email” section within Settings.
If no email address is entered, then users will still be prompted to contact their organisation’s support team, but no email hyperlink will be displayed.
